Patient Reference Group
The patient voice is crucial to implementing change and improving how care is delivered in our community. Our Patient Reference Group is made up of representatives from all 7 GP practices within our PCN. We are always ready to welcome more volunteers to the group.
What is involved?
- Attending a face to face meeting every 4 months at Heckmondwike Health Centre.
- Discussing relevant agenda topics offering individual thoughts and opinions in a supportive and judgement free environment.
- Brainstorming solutions to current issues facing the PCN patient population.
